Associate EditorWednesday Nov 4, 2009 Despite the success in Portland, the most recent unofficial counts are causing some tears amongst the audience at the ’No on 1’ election night party. They are as follows:
Unofficial Results sorted by race for 2009 November Election contested races updated at 12:16 AM on Wednesday, November 4, 2009.
480 of 605 (79 %) of precincts have been reported. 459125 of 942825 ( 49%) registered voters have participated in this election.
REJECT SAME-SEX MARRIAGE LAW
Yes 240,647 52.41%
No 218,478 47.59%
