The Westboro Baptist Church in Topeka, Kansas, has a new neighbor—a gay rights center. Hate Preacher Fred Phelps, known for picketing service members’ funerals and blaming everything on the gays, can now count a rainbow painted gay center as part of the neighborhood.  The center, and the paint job, is the work of activist Aaron Jackson.
