Legal Issues Facing the LGBT Community Leader: Kelly Bonnevie
What current legal issues face our community? What can I do to protect my partner and ensure that my wishes are carried out at the end of my life? Should I marry or not marry—what are the pros and cons given the current state of equal marriage laws? How are the family law courts addressing decisions that affect our community? What are the current trends in the movement to provide greater legal protection to transgender people and our LGBT elders and youth? Join us as we discuss the challenges, achievements, trends and legal mazes confronting our community today.
