On Friday, January 25, the GBBC will hold its annual Awards for Excellence Dinner. Six companies, organizations, and people will be honored for their contributions to the LGBT Community.  

This year's Awards for Excellence Dinner will be held at The Top of the Hub Skywalk in Boston/

James Morgrage, of Club Cafe, will be honored as Citizen of the Year.

The mission of the Greater Boston Business Council is to foster and promote the vitality and productivity of the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender (GLBT) business and professional community in the greater Boston area, thereby contributing to the economic welfare of the general commonwealth of which we are a part. We seek to promote a positive image of the diversity of GLBT citizens and to strengthen our position in society, by providing opportunities and an environment for the personal, professional and social growth .
