Hung Jury in First Married Lesbian Murder Case

On Friday, jurors failed to either aquit or convict Cara Rintala for the murder of her wife Annamarie —the Hampshire Superior Court jury declared a mistrial.

Annamarie was found strangled to death their Granby, Mass. home in 2010. Prosecutors took nearly 18 months to charge Cara.
