Boston Spirit magazine has announced that Gautam Raghavan, an Associate Director in the White House Office of Public Engagement and liaison to the LGBT community, will serve as the Keynote Speaker at the magazine’s Sixth Annual LGBT Executive Networking Night taking place on March 7th. The Boston Spirit LGBT Executive Networking Night is widely known as the largest LGBT business event in the region with more than 1,300 attendees and more than 50 exhibitors representing some of New England’s leading organizations.

“We're thrilled that Gautam is speaking at our event," said David Zimmerman, Publisher of Boston Spirit.  “President Obama is widely known as the most LGBT-friendly President in the history of our country.  Hearing, first-hand, about the Obama Administration’s commitment to the LGBT community will make for a truly historic night in Boston."

Prior to his current role, Raghavan served as the Deputy White House liaison at the Department of Defense and on the ‘Don’t Ask Don’t Tell’ working group.

The event will take place on March 7th, from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. at the Boston Marriott Copley Place. There is a $10 admission fee and those interested in attending are required to RSVP prior to the event. For more information, and to RSVP, visit Boston Spirit online at www.bostonspiritmagazine.com.
